You may be able to just push that dent out from inside the car, but there's always a chance it'll crease it

They make suction cups you can pull it out with from the top. Yoo can probably pick one up at Harbor Freight

Or you could always try heating it up with a hair dryer for about ten minutes and then hitting it with a can of computer dust remover turned sideways (so the freezing stuff inside coats it) Sometimes that will pop out a dent as it contracts from the cold
