Any updates on the floor mat NoD?

Also, I was hoping I could get some assistance with this nifty roof dent... I'm not sure what happened, but its a good size one. Any tips? Think it can be pushed out?

I talked to the brother of the upholsterer and said he should be able to, asked about materials and what not, but haven't heard a quote or anything further yet. Should know something in a week or two though.

You may be able to just push that dent out from inside the car, but there's always a chance it'll crease it

They make suction cups you can pull it out with from the top. Yoo can probably pick one up at Harbor Freight

Or you could always try heating it up with a hair dryer for about ten minutes and then hitting it with a can of computer dust remover turned sideways (so the freezing stuff inside coats it) Sometimes that will pop out a dent as it contracts from the cold

I have a Harbor Freight suction cup. I believe it cost four dollars. The strange thing is you need a pretty flat spot for the suction cup to work, which is often not the case with a dent, but that looks like a good candidate.

I doubt you would need it for this, but auto parts stores sell dent popper kits for twenty dollars, but it looks like that dent is too large to use without modification. I cannot find one at Autozone or O'Reilly, but this looks like a better one for 9% more, despite saying

I got my cubby in the mail just last night. Its nice to not have a gaping hole in the dash as soon as you open the door. I already put it in the car. It took 5 seconds literally.

I keep change in mine, for parking meters. It rattles if you don't have a change holder though.

I am not sure what you mean by "shudder" but its a EGR or clogged passages it will have the "herky jerkys" at about 45 mph in 5th gear. The herky jerkys should not bother you except at about 2000 rpm. If you keep it above 2K you wont have a problem.

First of all, congratulations, Daox. I remembered seeing you had gotten one of these last time I was on, but I was just checking before work and didn't have time to shoot you a PM.

Yep, that's exactly what they are. The one on the left is for assist, the one on the right was my regen switch, which I took the button cap off of because it was getting stuck at the time with it on.

My dad got me a shift knob from Daox and I wired the regen switch to the shifter and replaced the panel, which was pricier than I expected. I think I got the larger center panel and two of the smaller panels for $16.

Speaking of which, Daox, my regen switch has been sticking on my shift knob, could you send me the part number of the switch, so that I can replace it?

The new change drawer is a big upgrade. I remember even just changing out that switch blank after rewiring my switch made it look a ton better. I usually keep an auxiliary cable and change in it. One day I found out I have about $5.00 worth of change in it, and I don't even use cash regularly.
