I have a Harbor Freight suction cup. I believe it cost four dollars. The strange thing is you need a pretty flat spot for the suction cup to work, which is often not the case with a dent, but that looks like a good candidate.

I doubt you would need it for this, but auto parts stores sell dent popper kits for twenty dollars, but it looks like that dent is too large to use without modification. I cannot find one at Autozone or O'Reilly, but this looks like a better one for 9% more, despite saying
