im not a mechanic so i have no clue what could fix it and two different shops couldnt figure it out and one said it might need a part that i cant get anymore and then later called and said he found one off of another toyota but would cost $600 and couldnt guarantee it would make it pass smog.
im sick of California if my hho generator doesnt work and cant find a illegal smog shop then i will be driving to another state to register.
