I' definitely play with shutting the car off, in acc on, then coasting to lights. Then maybe playing with PnG and make note of torque converter lockup points. 75-80% load on a scan gauge and then rpm's from 1750-2250 for a stick car. But really rpm's don't matter too much. On t=he interstate just PnG from 63-77 just throwing my car in neutral I went from 42 to 56ish. Still setting things in, my tank was acting up so i couldn't get a measurement.
Also, take whichever belts off you are comfortable with going out. Ex: power steering is a great one, dead stop steering sucks, but just make sure your steering input is done above 2mph and there isn't a noticeable difference between assisted and non assisted besides a lil more firmness and feedback that I like.
Also, AC if you're brave. I've considered it but meh. I never use it, but if I have people riding with me it's embarrassing not to have AC. lmao
