It seems like insurance companies are quick to write off hybrid vehicles as a total loss for relatively minor damage. I see many reconstructed title Prii in the Portland area.
Hopefully insurance companies will be quick to write off BEVs as a total loss for relatively minor damage. That will make for some fantastic deals on a reconstructed-titled Bolt.
