I agree with the others that they might not be such a good choice.
While fiberglass reinforced,the asphalt matrix is almost granular.It has little tolerance for tension,is prone to tearing,and 'creeps' when heated.
The material is also kind of heavy and it's dead weight would always challenge any fastener attempting to hold it.
And without some sort of structure like lawn edging has,built into it,it would likely deform in the airstream and not rebound once the aerodynamic load was relaxed.A ground strike on a driveway ramp might destroy it in compression,buckling and tearing it.
If it could be done in a continuous curve it might survive for a while.Hard to say.
Curiosity might kick in?
