No pics, but I spent this weekend on the freeways between Montreal and Toronto and noticed more Model S's than Nissan Micras.

Also notable is the price difference: $100k+ vs. $10k (Canada's cheapest new car -- I've drove it).

Then again, the open freeway isn't the Micra's usual habitat.
