I think you question deserves an answer:
- Blueprinted for clearances and balance.
- Wear surfaces cryogenically tempered prior to machining.
- Exterior surface with heat-rejecting aerospace coatings.
- Combustion chamber surfaces (head, cylinder valve heads.) coated with ceramic heat-proof coatings.
- Piston skirts, rings and bearings with low-friction aerospace coatings.
- Anti-reversionary headers and everything everyone else has suggested.
You can price that all out, calculate the ROI and have a sad.
