That thing is huge. It probably has twice the A and twice the Cd of the donor car. And all the greebling qualifies it for the thread.
I doubt that a smooth moon disk would benefit from not rotating. The tread is acting like a paddle wheel in the wheelhouse and there is air squirting out both sides of the contact patch. There's your problem.

Now there's a proper Batmobile! Notice the very acute angled edges are all in the equator. The very obtuse angles on the top respect the 12° trailing angle. I think it could be good, rather than not bad.

Both of them have real problems with useable space and ingress/egress that make them totally impractical.
