I'm not sure that the electric motor by itself is up to the challenge.
I've got to be able to accelerate rapidly to 60-mph and maintain that for the trip into town.
We've already had a dozen fatal collisions on this road from North Texans whom posted speed limits and solid double lines meant nothing.
Head-on and rear end collisions appear to be preferable to a few seconds inconvenience,awaiting cars entering from feeders.
