SVOboy -

I was thinking that we could have a table that is Poll Driven. A row/column of cars and a column/row of mods. For each mod, the owner could vote whether or not the mod worked for their car. The poll would dump them into a thread where they could comment (once?) on how/why whether or not the mod worked for them.

The definition of the car gets complicated, though, because some of us have the same car with different options, i.e. auto/manual transmissions.
