Garage? In Eastern Oregon, if someone needs to work on their car, they roll it under a shade tree.
I'm having trouble picturing this. A standard double garage is 20x20ft with a 7ft door. So in a 10ft space you're going to have a 7ft wide truck and a trailer with 30" tires on it's side? How will you open the door on the truck?
I share the concerns about safety. Why not get a [standard, hydraulic] garage lift and position it so you can roll the trailer onto the pads and lift it straight up? You could put a coffer in the ceiling joists for the fenders to fit into, then back the truck in under the trailer.
