I ran stock 245/45/18 on the 02 Q45S.
then went taller, 50 side wall. was worth about 3mpg on the road. I did a lot of highway driving. They were also a little narrower.
the deciding factor on tire size was the bottom of the strut tower! ended up having about 1/3 inch gap
