The tail lights are always a problem. What would you think of getting some taillights off a late model Volvo station wagon, those half-crescent ones?
I think if you aligned the bottom to the bumper they would reach about half-way up the Kamm-back. Then you could add bumper guards underneath to 'Kamm-back' the outer corners of the bumper.
