Except, again, they are not marketing it as a motorcycle. They could run a high emissions motor but is that their plan and the image they are putting out?

Reading deep shows they are trying to take the VW approach. Improve mpg at the detriment of CO2. I wonder why this will work for Elio but seems to be an epic disaster for VW. Again if they try and take the loophole of a motorcycle the loophole will be closed right away while Elio gets to try and spin why they get to pollute more then a 30 year old Geo and VW does not. Even with a high emission tune, they still won't be hitting 82 on a current EPA fuel economy test.
