Well this took way too long, but its been rainy out and my Civic occupies my garage. I finally got the fuel line fixed. It is a temporary fix of rubber fuel line and brass fittings, but it works for now. When I get the Civic finished, I'll drive that while I fix a few things on the Insight. Anyway, this morning was my first trip in it since finding the bad fuel line. Its really nice to be in it again. No more of that 50ish mpg silliness in the Prius, only 60+ mpg for this guy.

Next on the to do list is going to be taking a look at the EGR valve. My lean burn is still bucking and that is the next culprit on the list. I see there are a few 'fixes' online for this issue. Have you guys tried them? Or, is it best just to nab an Accord valve and slap it on there? I have a couple GM ones that seem like they'd fit, but I read they require rewiring since the pinout is different? I'm not even sure the connectors are the same. I'm sooo looking forward to having smooth lean burn.
