It seems another issue has crept up with the Insight. Two days in a row now its been near freezing when I leave for work, and two days now I've had quite a bit of condensation on the inside of my windshield. This is killing my mileage as I have to blast my defroster just to make its safe to drive, and it takes a while to get rid of that condensation. Its not just a fog, its a decent amount of water. It seems to be primarily on the passenger side of the car as the driver's side clears up a lot faster. It seems this isn't an unheard of issue, so I'll be looking into it.
