I still have my original fuel filter but I'm thinking it might not be a bad idea to change. That wouldn't cause bucking in LB though. PCV valve maybe? You could pull your cat off and check to see if it's starting to get clogged, and soak it like I did. You might get a CEL for a few days until the soap burns off.

The only other thing I can think is that maybe the O2 sensor is drifting, causing it to run too lean. They're kindof expensive though. I do occasionally get the slightest amount of bucking if I go almost WOT in lean burn, it's smoothest when I'm below ~90% load.

EDIT: You could try messing with intake air temperature. Warmer or cooler might help.
