Bad news- I took a look at the wheel skirts yesterday and saw they were rubbing off my paint, so I had to remove them. They will need to be reengineered. My car has bad enough paint already without me making it worse.
Question A. I need a new muffler. Will a new one help or hurt MPG?
Question B. Has anyone ever used a cheap Ebay tuner? They claim to be easy to install and add 1 or 2 Mpg, for which I would gladly pay $20.
