The capacity gauge is still there and is the determining factor in a battery capacity loss warranty as amibuous as it is.

This guy has only lost 1 bar but is in trouble with his 2015 Leaf already. Leafspy is showing a capacity of 17.0 kWh for a state of health of 76% as of 36,000 miles.
