There is a fossil fuel free subforum here, and an alternative transportation forum too. I post in them sometimes about my eBike 12 speed roadbike conversion. Which I am using today for my commuting and trips. Cali winter is pretty mild. It was in the 50s and slightly drizzly this morning at dawn when I left home. Nothing like the Old Country (NY/NJ/PA).

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
