They can be had almost anywhere, but I just checked ebay and see a bunch for $20 or more. Dudes here can tutor you on how to use one for monitoring engine load. Here is my favorite model for our dash look: SG-VAC258B: SAAS - 2 5/8 inch Vacuum Gauge (Black face):
