It does use wind pressure. It's pretty much just 2 shutter type pieces of coroplast that pivot in the middle and are counter weighted with a metal rod inserted into the coroplast, on the back side. I made a thread on it years ago and it has worked great. I had to remove it due to my car having problems with its cooling system and it got left behind in a move. I will definitely be making another.
