I think the combination of the first gen Prius and the '46 Chevy truck is brilliant!
It does not need to pull long black stripes, nobody expects performance.
It has to look like a truck and move and sound non-trucklike.
The brass propeller and additional hybrid gear would just detract from what it is; a mix of pure Chevy truck and Toyota hybrid components.
