Try replacing the fluids with the lowest viscosity stuff that still meets the Hyundai required specs. Amsoil isn't a bad starting point. Valvoline Maxlife ATF is usually really good in the transmission and available at Walmart.

Aero on the Elantra is decent. They did their homework. Maybe make a belly pan if you're motivated. Add a bit of extra air to your tires without going crazy and making the ride harsh.

If you can get the running temps down with lower viscosity fluids, you can pursue an upper grille block.

If you are thinking of wheels, go with the lightest ones you can find to reduce rotational mass and get some low rolling resistance tires.
