I don't know about anyone else, but when I build something, I couldn't care less about it's value. I'll enjoy it, then if I ever do decide to move on to something else, I usually put the price I think it's worth, and they can either pay it or not.
But "too much to refuse", to me is atleast double what you have in it, and I'm talking about the time you spent too.
