I would hook it up to an alternater for the battery pack.

The truck looks fantastic. But without stake holes how would you tie anything down? I realize this won't be used for heavy hauling, but it's still a truck

The Prius drivetrain is delivering power probably comparable to what the truck used to have. It should be a very pleasant driver.

Looks really good.

I'd worry less about stake sides than a headache rack. Then it would be good to go for hauling baled hay.

Not sure if you meant value, but it does raise a question. What do you folks think this truck is worth? I don't even know where to begin. Not that I plan on selling it. What would be the, to much to refuse, amount? Just curious what you all think.

Worth double or triple what it is now if you got some publicity for it.

I'm thinking show it at a few car/truck/tractor shows perhaps. It seems worthy.

Even for pistonheads...

There are some very popular youtube car reviewers that will travel at their own expense to test drive it and make a youtube video for their channel.

Even just getting it dyno-tested showing how close or otherwise the vehicle is to the original power figures would help it's value.

:-) Nice work.

'Too much to refuse' depends on your own personal circumstance. It's whatever you can get someone to pay for it. Helpful, I know.

I think it's value will hinge on the details. Fabri-cobbling vs best practices for some race sanctioning body. Fit and patina'd finish.

How many hours do you have in it?

I don't know about anyone else, but when I build something, I couldn't care less about it's value. I'll enjoy it, then if I ever do decide to move on to something else, I usually put the price I think it's worth, and they can either pay it or not.

But "too much to refuse", to me is atleast double what you have in it, and I'm talking about the time you spent too.

I never worry about value. I'd never sell for any price. It would be up to my heirs many years from now to worry about that.
