Yes. Constantly.

Remember about five years ago when there was a gas price spike? here we were paying $1.60 per litre and not the $1.10-$1.30 per litre that we pay now.

I just measured per fill. The tank was too big to fill, ie 100 litres or $160, no thanks to that.

So it would range from 9L/100km to 11L/100km instead of 14L/100km without the Water-Injection running. I had the vehicle for a few years, it wasn't a one off.
