Roughly as much, Yes.
I was using an electric-water-pump and a misting nozzle to spray into the carburetor. There was a switch on the throttle cable to turn the pump on. It idled without the water running.
The water tank was in the back of the van. I wasn't worried about it exploding.
Once I hydrolocked the engine but took off the sparks plug and it started again. Van was stolen otherwise I might have been still driving it.

Sorry no.
But there is nothing I couldn't do again. I believe that what I did was reproduceable. I still have the pumps and nozzles and the gear.
I think it would work for anyone doing lean-burn and greatly assist.
