7/5 update
The eBike is basically complete. I need to touch up a few cosmetic things and clean up wiring, but other than that it's done!
I made a short YouTube video of a test ride, thoughts, concerns, etc...
I won't be riding the bike to work today because they are calling for rain this evening, but tomorrow and Friday I'll ride it into work.
