The long range Model 3 is the lowest cost / mile of range of any EV built today.

The Bolt EV is next, and the base Model 3 is third. If you want to buy the options, you have to pay for them. We will be buying a Bolt EV (probably in September) and since we have been driving two EV's for almost 3 years, and we know what we want and need: we have to buy the Premier in order to get the heated back seats, and it comes with other useful things. And, we like a couple of the standard colors, but we really like the Kinetic Blue, so we will pay for that. We definitely will be getting the CCS option, which is $750. Now, we hope to make a good deal, but the MSRP of the one we are hopefully getting is about $43,500.

The Model 3 comes standard with a Supercharger, and a 10kW (I think?) Level 2 - neither of those are even offered on the Bolt EV. The Model 3 is the MOST EFFICIENT car ever sold in the US. And it is the reason that GM is building the Bolt EV.
