I was actually unaware of the exact difference in rolling resistence, but anyway, I'm not sure if there would be much of a difference between supersingle and the regular duals considering that both would have benefitted from the improvements in technology and compounds applied to tyre manufacturing. OTOH I remember having seen some trucks (mostly 4WD) fitted with regular singles all-around.
