Making fun of glass ceiling. Because it's always in suspended ceiling air-conditioned box with glass windows.

Hot, hard, dirty, outdoors, dangerous = no women.

Truck driving is still men's work despite proliferation of auto trans and other comforts. So one needn't design for them in mind.

It's hard enough being 6'2". Ideal trucker size is still around 5'9" based on current ergonomics.

Giant windshields are a disaster. The poor attempt to make seating height changes work for a given chassis. Overuse and rapid deterioration of HVAC system is but one result. Sunburn and skin cancer another.

A lot goes into making a truck "right". Aero is NOT first, attractive as it is.

Cummins Debuts All-Electric Demonstration Truck, the Aeos | Transport Topics

Cummins joins a growing list of manufacturers to showcase electric-vehicle technology in commercial trucks within the past year.

In December, startup Nikola Motor Co. introduced the Nikola One, a hydrogen-electric Class 8 tractor for over-the-road applications that the company aims to launch in 2020.

Last fall in Germany, Daimler Trucks showed its plug-in electric Mercedes-Benz *Urban eTruck for local distribution.
Meanwhile, electric car maker Tesla Inc. has said it will soon unveil its own electric heavy-duty truck.
Here is a photo of a woman at the wheel.

What does Scott Adams say about If men ruled the world?

He seems to be pro men's rights, while opposing the current President. He has some interesting arguments.

You mean this one?

What Scott Adams are we talking about, the one that draws Dilbert? Because it doesn't take much Coffee with Scott Adams on Youtube to suggest otherwise. He considers him a Master Persuader.

Electrochromic glazing. An arm that raises the seat into a fighter cockpit-style canopy. Electric heat pumps. Hemp oil skin lotion.

The 'super-singles used to offer 20% less R-R than Duals. But that was circa 1980.

I was actually unaware of the exact difference in rolling resistence, but anyway, I'm not sure if there would be much of a difference between supersingle and the regular duals considering that both would have benefitted from the improvements in technology and compounds applied to tyre manufacturing. OTOH I remember having seen some trucks (mostly 4WD) fitted with regular singles all-around.
