I would love to see what you could do with a 3.63 rear end.
5-speed with your current gear (I'm assuming a 4.3) = 2404 at 50.
5-speed with 3.63 = 2000 at 50.
Of course the cost would never outweigh the gains. It's 1200 for an assembled 3.63.
