I don't see this on their webpage but they posted this on Facebook.

"Thank you all for a phenomenally successful public offering. We were shooting for $10MM and landed almost double that. This will provide us the resources we need to take Arcimoto to the next level, and it was powered almost entirely by retail investors. If you missed the opportunity, don't worry. We plan to be live later this week on Nasdaq under the ticker FUV.

Onward and upward!"

So that's a good sign, sould at least keep them on track if not put them a little ahead.
