I can remember thirteen specific occasions I have been pulled over in twenty years of driving. I think this is the second time I drew their attention by not speeding. One time an Officer told me that I was reckless to drive slower than traffic, making everyone go around me!
I have had at least two tickets for driving 5 - 10 miles an hour over. I cannot drive at or below. I cannot drive over. As far as I can tell, the only way to avoid a speeding ticket is to have a chauffeur.
