I'd go for the Twincam for what should be better volumetric efficiency. In the end the fuel use for the extra 0.1l isn't going to make a significant difference.

I'm happyish with my little Proton SOHC, but am basically wishing the whole time it had a DOHC and an extra 0.1l.
