Saw toddlers with 'large' sodas. To my amazement these lacked a warning for drowning.
Carls Junior had a salad bar with 2 types of boxes; one time and endless refill, which was just as gigantic as the other but twice as expensive.
Everyone else there bought the endless refill, scooped it full, ate a quarter of it and left the remains on the table...
Went to Taco Bell, who had an offer: a taco and a coke together for 1 dollar.
Bought 4 tacos and 3 coke. Had to pay $4.40. Girl said "You did not take the coke with that one". Gave her five and left the change as a tip
And 'cowboy cut' New York steaks, double layered pizzas, and so forth. Those things don't exist over here.
