So why didn't you just buy the torsion bar from the previous owner with the car? You COULD build a reliable pnumatic system instead of a p.o.s. that can't lift a door reliably. If pnumatics can be used in transport trailer suspension reliably, then it can be used to lift a door reliably. Probably cheaper than the 1500-2k for a torsion bar.
