You know, I hear millenarian hyperbole like this all the time, and frankly it bothers me. The solution is already staring us in the face and it doesn't involve murder.
Countries with access to birth control and education for women and girls and employment for women and girls end up with negative birth rates. Look at Japan, their population is shrinking fast. Even the USA has a negative birthrate, population only increases here because of immigration. In 2015 our rate was at 1.85 so like the population is something that can be fixed with policies that don't depend on massive wars or genocide or whatever. Give women control over their lives and their bodies and they'll decide how many kids they want to have, and it's going to be a low number.
