Depends on your use case. They do have write limits and some SSDs are not suitable for some workloads, but I doubt most home users will have any issues.

I have a pair of Intel X25M SSDs from back in 2009, which have been used continuously as boot + program drives, and both report 90-92% write endurance remaining.

I generally stick with either Intel or Samsung for SSD purchases. I've never had a failure from either, but multiple random failures from other companies.
