I have reason to believe they're the cells they're supposed to be, but given the prices, my guess is that they're probably used, or maybe rejects for one reason or other. Even so, I find the packs to have similar capacity, and I regularly draw ~16-17A (per pack) without causing noticeable heating or any other issue so far.

I've left the 10S config as-is because I don't want to replace the BMS. My trike currently has the packs in a 2x3 (or a 20S3P cell) config, and my controller is configured not to exceed 96 amps or 3000w, whichever is lower.
