For students, or those on government benefits or social programs:
$10 per month for 25 down / 25 up
-Includes WiFi router

For college students:
$45 for 50 / 50
$50 for 200 / 200
-Includes WiFi router

For everyone else:
$55 for 150 / 150
$70 for 1000 / 1000

All packages include WiFi access to virtually every nook and cranny in the city.

I have a large apartment with two roommates. We have the $55 150 up / 150 down plan, working out to ~$19 per person.
