Um, yeah, O'Reilly's gave me the wrong bulb. It looked right, but wasn't. I had a spare from my Accord and it fit, so Mom is good to go now.
Since I believe personal embarrassment is worth potentially helping people: If your headlight goes out and you have separate high and low beams, make sure you are trying to replace the right bulb!
