Eh, DeMuro...I've never cared for him, and not necessarily because I disagree with him. Something about him rubs me the wrong way. Although I did rather enjoy his CarMax Range Rover warrantee thing.
The thing is, I've vastly broadened my automotive horizons. I've found there's a lot to like even in unlikable cars; ask me why I ended up actually liking a similarly maligned cheapy, the Toyota Echo. The Mirage strikes me as a plucky, unpretentious little machine which makes no promises it won't keep. Its simple honesty is actually rather refreshing.
