I've visited beaches that have gone completely under in just the past thirty years, where buildings that used to be tens of meters inland have waves lapping at their foundations.

65mm is a lot for coastal towns. And the average rise will be much bigger for those of us closer to the equator, as heat-driven water expansion raises the levels even more.
