Can we consider that the "Twingo SmILE" is still a Twingo ? In fact, Greenpeace replaced its engine (358 cm3, with maximal power of 55 bhp at 5.500 rpm), made its aerodynamic better (30 %), and reduced its weight of 195 kg (20 %). But we can say that the Twingo-spirit is intact, isn't it ?
