Me too. I'm always fascinated by people disappearing from forums; it's like a death, if only of an avatar, but unlike a real death there are thousands and thousands of ghosts left behind in the form of posts. Old Mech's case is one of the more interesting, since he asked that his username be removed. His posts are all still here; they've just changed "brand."
