I find china's weather modification much more disturbing than any of the fake news dooms day climate predictions.
A few times a year wouldn't worry me, trying to conjure a rain storm for a drought area, break up a flooding rain storm, clear the sky's so a harvest doesn't rot in the wet fields. But doing it all the time, the only logical out come is disaster.
